Dear all,
A new article is added to 'FILES' which proposes to deminish the
rainfall on the Ocean arround India such that more clouds would reach
the landmass to contribute more than normal rain fall. I am eager to
know your opinion.

A new paper is added with title "Dams made of steel". This may sound
strange but structural steel dams across rivers were built and their
performance is proven equally satifactory like other dam building
material.

A new paper is added to the file/ page explaining how excessive dead
storage of Nagarjuna Sagar reservoir could be put use for harnessing
the river water for irrigation.This method can be implimented in other
existing major water reservoirs also to augment irrigation potential
substantially.
Please send your observations on this paper.
