Bug: IronWASP crawler ignores <base href>

Hello Team,

The IronWASP crawler is generating bad URLs for me when <base href> is set.

I'm scanning:

It finds the URL:

and that page has:

<base href="/project/foo/public/"></base> (in the <head>)

and:

The crawler should generate:

But IronWASP generates:

It's not a huge problem, I can work around it, maybe something for a rainy day eh? :)
