Changing time or day for coffee

So... it looks as though I have a 7:30 meeting on Mondays now...for the forseeable future.

2 options:

1) We move Monday morning to 6am at Caffe Sanora (St Mark's doesn't open until 6:30)

2) We switch to Tuesdays at 6:30

What do you guys think?
