2009 Shanghai Duathlon official race hotel ---Holiday Inn Express SHANGHAI NANHUIZUI
We are happy to announce Holiday Inn Express SHANGHAI NANHUIZUI to be our 2009 Shanghai Duathlon official race hotel. The hotel is situated in the Nanhuizui sea-view park of Shanghai Lingang Harbor City, only 1.5km to our starting point. With stunning sea view by one side and lake view on the other, it is said to be the first spot to view the sunrise in Shanghai.
The hotel offers a special rate for our race: RMB248/night with breakfast for two (breakfast starts 6am in the morning) and late check out until 2pm in the afternoon. There are also wireless and broadband internet connections in each room.
If you would like to book the hotel, please let us know with your name and ID /passport number, or call the hotel to reserve under “Duathlon Shanghai’s title to enjoy athletes’ discount. For your information the hotel website is:

The awards ceremony and buffet lunch will be held in the race hotel after the race starting from 12:30 - 3:00pm. Athletes can ride to the hotel or take the hotel shuttle bus. Our race shuttle bus will leave from the race hotel right at 3:00pm.
If you would like to join the buffet lunch, please inform us 3 days in advance and collect lunch coupon when check in. The buffet lunch will be at 6/F of the hotel, RMB80/person (Under 4year old children is free, 5~12 years old children is half price). Please inform us in advance to ensure in case limited spots. Attached menu of the buffet lunch for your reference.

颁奖仪式和自助午餐将会在比赛结束后在赛事酒店举行，从12：30分开始到3点结束。赛事大巴将会在3点整从酒店出发回市区。
如果您想预定自助午餐，请在比赛开始前3天告知我们，在赛事检录时领取自助餐券。自助午餐将会在酒店6楼观景餐厅举行，价格为RMB80/人（儿童4岁以下免费，5～12岁半价）。请提前告知我们以便通知酒店准备相对足够的食物。附件里是自助午餐的菜单供您参考。

据说滴水湖附近的一碗雪菜肉丝面都要15元。。。
自助好啊，大家可以比赛完了畅吃畅饮。。。
It is heard that only a bowl of noodle would cost RMB15 around Dishui Lake...
