2009上海两项赛（最后通知）

大家好,
2009 Shanghai Duathlon is two days to go! We are very excited for that day to come. Here we would like to reinforce the important notes, let us know if you have any questions:
距离2009上海滴水湖两项赛只有两天了! 我们在这里最后强调一下几个重要事项:
- CHECK IN: pre check in at Trek Jin Qiao shop on Oct 31st from 2:00 – 5:00pm; race hotel check in from 7:00 - 9:00pm; race day check in from 7:30 – 8:30am
赛前check in星期六下午2点到5点在浦东金桥店进行; 赛事酒店check in下午7点至9点; 比赛当天check in从早上7点半开始到8点半
- TIMING CHIP: deposit RMB100, which will be returned with complete chip at the race hotel after race finishes
计时芯片: 押金100元,赛后凭完好的计时芯片在酒店领取押金
- SHUTTLE BUS: make sure you arrive at Zhangjiang subway station at 6:30am on Sunday morning. There will be volunteers directing your way to the bus
赛事大巴: 早上6点半在张江地铁站集合, 会有志愿者引导您前往大巴停车点
- RACE STARTS: at 9:00am at the South of Dishui Lake (there will be sign directing the starting point/transaction area)
比赛开始: 早晨9点准时开始, 出发点和换项区在湖的南部 (将会有指示牌)
- RACE DISTANCE: first 12K run (3 laps), then 42K bike (5 laps), 4K run (1 lap) in the end
比赛距离: 首先12公里跑步(3圈), 然后42公里自行车(5圈), 最后4公里跑步(1圈)
- WATER STATION: there will be no water station during the bike course, but every 2K during the run course, there will be water and Gatorade in the station
补水站: 自行车赛段不设补水站, 跑步赛段每两公里设一个补水站, 有净水和佳得乐供应
- RACE RULE: no drafting. Athletes will be disqualified if found violating the rule twice
赛事规则: 不允许跟骑. 选手如被发现跟骑两次, 将被取消比赛资格
- WEATHER: possible rain the morning, temperature low. Please bring warm cloth and rain jacket
天气: 可能会下雨, 温度比较低. 请大家做好保暖防雨准备
- ENVIRONMENT: please do not litter during the race! Trash your competitor, not the environment
保护环境: 请大家不要在比赛中乱扔水杯等杂物, 把你的对手远远抛在后面, 而不是垃圾
- AWARDS CEREMONY: starts 1:00pm at the race hotel. There will be quite a lot of prize this year, do not miss that!
颁奖仪式: 下午一点在赛事酒店举行. 本次比赛奖品丰富, 请大家不要错过!
- BUFFET LUNCH: 6/F of the race hotel from 1:00 – 3:00pm. RMB80/person, children below 4 years old free, between 5-12 years old half price
自助午餐: 下午一点至三点在赛事酒店6楼举行, RMB80每人, 4岁以下孩童免费, 5-12岁半价
- SHUTTLE BUS BACK TO THE CITY: leaves at 3:00pm from the race hotel. Zhangjiang subway station is terminal.
回程大巴: 3点从赛事酒店出发, 终点站张江高科

I'm a little bit confused about the race distance. On your recent email, you said the race distance is :
RACE DISTANCE: first 12K run (3 laps), then 42K bike (5 laps), 4K run (1 lap) in the end
比赛距离: 首先12公里跑步(3圈), 然后42公里自行车(5圈), 最后4公里跑步(1圈
Is that mean all participant have to go with this distance? Because I signed up for My First Duathlon, Which the distance I have to do is :
5K run 17K Bike 5K run
Please advise me on this.
