Reminder: Audits are due in less than two weeks (December 16th). If your PM hasn't gotten on this, please motivate them folks!

For everyone not paying attention, the Imperial Audit was due yesterday. Several parks haven't bothered to turn in the necessary information yet. If you were waiting for an engraved invitation park leaders, consider this it. Those procrastinators out there have until 11:59PM MST on Friday, December 21 to get the necessary information and e-mail it to casc...@gmail.com. Failure to comply with the audit results with your park being put on probation. Failure to comply with multiple audits results in a park being demoted or even possibly removed from the Empire. Don't make me be the bad guy, procrastinators, you know who you are. Those of you who haven't bothered to get the audit information together over the past month best do so NOW. Those parks who are already on probation and haven't bothered with this audit yet, double-y so. Here's the corpora:

4.H. An Imperial audit of all provinces within the Iron Mountains shall be completed by the Imperial leadership following the Rakis event.
4.H.a. All provinces must provide the following information to the Imperial Prime Minister by the midreign event of the fall term:
4.H.a.1. Names and contact information for all officers (including phone numbers and e-mail addresses).
4.H.a.2. Provincial bank account balance.
4.H.a.3. The past year's worth of attendance totals on a per week basis (as entered into the ORK).
4.H.a.4. A listing of all unique sign-ins for the park for the prior 3 months (including a list of names attending during each month).
4.H.b. The information in the audit will be reviewed by the Imperial Monarch, Prime Minister, and the IM Board of Directors to determine if changes in group status are appropriate.
4.H.c. Failure to submit the audit information as required will result in a group being placed on probation. Failure to provide this information for multiple audits may result in Imperial sponsorship being removed from the province.

Note: This is a mass post and may not apply to your park. For those of you who have submitted your information, I thank you greatly for your dedication.
