Hello folks! A very important post this time so please make certain your park officers look at this ASAP!

Per the last althing to change the IM corpora, it is audit time.  Since this corpora change just passed at Midreign, we decided to hold it a little later in the reign rather than skip it altogether until next year. Best to get in practice right away right? This will be very similar to the spring audit that Quiet ran during his reign, and won't take too long to put together since most of it can be just cut and pasted from the ORK. Any groups who are on probation please be double-y sure to get this information into me! Send this information or any questions to me at: casc...@gmail.com on or before 11:59PM MST on Sunday, December 16th, 2012, four weeks from now. Here is the relevant corpora section:

 

4.H. An Imperial audit of all provinces within the Iron Mountains shall be completed by the Imperial leadership following the Rakis event.
4.H.a. All provinces must provide the following information to the Imperial Prime Minister by the midreign event of the fall term:
4.H.a.1. Names and contact information for all officers (including phone numbers and e-mail addresses).
4.H.a.2. Provincial bank account balance.
4.H.a.3. The past year's worth of attendance totals on a per week basis (as entered into the ORK).
4.H.a.4. A listing of all unique sign-ins for the park for the prior 3 months (including a list of names attending during each month).
4.H.b. The information in the audit will be reviewed by the Imperial Monarch, Prime Minister, and the IM Board of Directors to determine if changes in group status are appropriate. 
4.H.c. Failure to submit the audit information as required will result in a group being placed on probation. Failure to provide this information for multiple audits may result in Imperial sponsorship being removed from the province.
