cannot run icommands

Hi All,

I installed iRODS 3.1 with GSI,  however, when I run icommands, for example

[irods@localhost bin]$iinit

iinit: error while loading shared libraries: libglobus_gss_assist_gcc64bgpthr.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can anyone help?

Hallo Yaling,

Did you install the globus toolkit already ? The installation provides
the gcc types you can specify when running irodssetup.
