Please note that should your account be terminated, there will be a fee of RM10.00 charged for service reconnection of each suspended account and if overdue payment is not received within the stated period, the following will be applied:
1. Penalty charge will be imposed for termination of service within the minimum subscription period.
2. Your debt information will be shared with Credit Rating Agency (CRA).
3. We will continue with the collection activities by our Authorised Debt Collection Agency or via the necessary legal actions.
4. You will need to go through the standard normal process of service registration and pay the necessary fees if you wish to continue enjoying unifi services.
