Is there any plan to hold an AGM at the Irish Go Congress, or is the running to the Irish Go Association going to be remain as an amicable anarchy?

I’d like to see banking affairs regularized.

I think there will be some kind of meeting in between the prizegiving and dinner on the Sunday evening. But perhaps someone from the committee should make an announcement.

I'm not even going to get into questions like whether we have any active members at all, or how we establish quorum....

Maybe agreeing on what the job entails for the 'positions' within the committee.
The rules for the Irish Championship probably need updated http://www.irish-go.org/national-international/top-8/top-8-rules-2014/ but I'd imagine that this is too difficult for an AGM.
