IRIS and Octave

Hello,

Given the cost of Matlab for members in developing countries, it would
be great if a version of IRIS were available to work on Octave (as,
for example, Dynare). Is this possible and/or planned?

It surely is in the pipeline, but I have absolutely no estimate of when this could happen :)

Octave implementation.

Matlab implementation! You are performing a great service for the

imagine if Iris wold be compatible with Octave, then you would have even a flower (you guess right: it's called Iris Octave!) to celebrate this software hybrid...:-)
plus dynare is but no flower, damn it...:-)
