Change in the VAR object

Dear Musketeers,

There has been a change in the VAR object such that one gives the variable names in the constructor, eg
v = VAR({'x','y'});
and then leaves this information out in VAR/estimate
But how this works in boostrapped data?

The attached files (run ps2ex3min01.m) used to run very well in old versions, but fails now (in the bootstrapping part). And I really cannot figure out the error messages. Any easy solution?
