relationship between std of some measurement shocks

Hello.

I would like to know if it is possible to specify some relationships between standard deviations of the measurement shocks.

For example I have some measurement shocks eps0, eps1, eps2.... and I would like them to respect the relationship 

std_eps1=sqrt(2)*std_eps0

std_eps2=sqrt(3)*std_eps0

and so on...

Using !links does not help since as !links section of the manual says you can not use std_ in links definition
