Songs don't copy to folder

When I select "Copy Songs to Folder", the only things that get copied
(or created) are folders for the artist's name and album name. That
is, I have a bunch of empty folders (no music files) that are grouped
by artist and album.
Environment:
Mac Book Pro
iPod Touch 2nd Gen
OS X 10.6.7
iTunes 10
I have this same problem with the regular 2.0.5 version of iRip.
Please advise.
