Natoinal Solar Mission.In order to avail central financial 

assistance,we need to send proposal to kredal in project proposal format

given in guide line manual..Then the  proposal will be forwarded to MNRE 

and after 45 days you can expect sanction or denial by proposal

 apprisal committee(PAC)

Dear Friends, Mr Uttam Kumar has raised some thoughts plese reciprocate &convince him .

as for as my thoughts goes, there is no financial Mobilization needed 

to implement solar home lighting systems in every grama panchayath. we can 

promote 60 kits. it amounts to 2Kw. I have 400 Gram panchayats from three disticts it amounts  to800Kw,24000 home lighting kits can be distrbuted to 24000 families. sounds big know !

 we can just send project proposal &seek subsidy component amount . Since we fit in govt catogory we are eligeble to get advance  70%of subsidy of 4800.,( i.e;Rs 4800 model 2)the total project cost works out tobe (14000 bench mark cost x24000.units.) Rs3360 Lakhs total govt subsidy is 1152 Lakhs. will i get?

what aboutSHG? how we use them ? can GP selects 60 benificiaries?@6/village ? 

how to moblize benificiaries share?who will finance Rs 10000/system?we can not link them to financial mechanism.of RBI/NABARD
