to-day i come across a dealer they knew about solar mission, they are already on the job in cbpur &kolar district.all the Nationalized banks are started acting to identify and disburse. My plan to propose 4500SPV In CBPUR  home light is thinning  we have entered late,this is due to poor vision and not aware of facts going on around us. dear friends act fast or else you will be looser, in my district i am not getting cooperation , no typist , no power,no body appreciate my ideas,i am totally drained out, because of shuttling, from one district to another just now i came from cbpur.All the manufacturers are acquiring areas in and around Bangalore district.they may enter your places soon,by the time you act you don't have any thing to do or else you will be left out anything to do..think of only subsidized program-mes, because in this system no body encourage your thoughts there is no value for your ideas .you need to prepare proposal now and send to kredal they have to send to MNRE  they have to sanction after 45 days. then you wait for advance  then the same old procedure by the time you start promoting you will be out of race, govt also never contribute, see the fate of tumkur and chitradurga, OK friends may complete proposals by monday16of all three districts
