This build is based on a new pipeline developed by Paul Boddie to improve build times and maintainability.


Cytoscape plugin

Cytoscape data for the new release is available at

http://irefindex.org/download/irefindex/Cytoscape/plugin/current/

If you want to use this, you need to manually download it along with the new irefscape.jar file and install according to

http://irefindex.org/wiki/index.php?title=iRefScape_1.0_Installation#Manual_Installation_.28if_you_have_problems_installing_with_the_Cytoscape_plugin_manager.29

since it is not available through the Cytoscape plugin site yet

These are still running on version 9.0 of iRefIndex and will be updated in future.
