Known Issues

Please note there will be discrepancies between iRefIndex beat6.0 and
iRefWeb beta6.0. This is not a synchronization issue, but because of a
post processing step (called canonicalization: see
http://irefindex.uio.no/wiki/Canonicalization). iRefWEB (http://
wodaklab.org/iRefWeb/) will start to reflect this post-processing step
as of iRefIndex release 6.0 however, the PSI-MI 2.5 TAB files
described here will not contain these changes. In near future, the
"canonicalized" dataset distributed by iRefWeb will be made available
at ftp://ftp.no.embnet.org/irefindex/data/archive/release_6.0/psimi_tab/Canonical/.
The PSICQUIC service (please visit the links below for details) will
remain unchanged for the time being. Please contact us if you require
guidance or clarification regarding this.

Wishing everyone a very productive 2010 !

Sabry & Ian
