irefindex.uio.no is down
This effects psicquic services and means users are unable to browse
through irefindex pages (documentation).
We hope to have the server up again shortly.
This does not affect
the ftp site at: ftp://ftp.no.embnet.org/irefindex/data/
the iRefScape Cytoscape plugin - can still be installed from Cytoscape
iRefWeb: http://wodaklab.org/iRefWeb/search/index
