cytoscape plugin - data+index not downloaded

Hello,
I am trying to install the cytoscape plugin, but there is a problem
with dowloading the data + index. Log is attached.
Is there a possibility to download relevant data directly from your
ftp and put into the right local directory?

I think the reason the download is failing is due to firewall rules.
