When setting a fakehost with the Account Service. When a ban is set.
Service don't see the user in the channel since he in on a fakehost service
see only the real user host when scanning the channel.

Howdy, this project moved to GitHub about 4 or 5 years ago. I think someone
else reported this as well -- can you confirm that this is the same issue
you are experiencing?

Yes the same issue. when you look in service console, ChanServ see user
real host, so when banning the fakehost, service never see the user on
channel, user may part/join without trouble.

Do you have a IRC Network for joinning us direclly
