I've drafted a memorandum to be presented to Raghaviaji on 3rd of April at Chennai.Please give any suggestions,if any.

Hi Prasoon Cheta,

Its a good memorandum which sharply points out our critical situation..if it is possible, just add how many Commercial/Traffic Apprentices have passed out last year or during any period of time( within SR). And the approx.money which railway invested upon them. Becoz Raghavaih sir may not be knowing the quantum of apprentices and the corresponding investment in an year.
