This one doesnt contain the NOTE regarding family and dependents.I strongly believe you stick on with the schedule seven,page 165 and 166 which has the NOTE ON FAMILY .

thank u prasoon but the thing in this railway they wanted the signing circular that i sy i have searched and find out the circular. the note can be kept attached with this.
