Experience: Above 2+ Yrs
Looking for an IT – Sr Sales Recruiters (Bench Sales).
Must have solid communication skills
Good Expertise on Bench Sales
Must have solid experience in making new clients and Tier-1 vendors on a regular basis.
Good Understanding of Various domains and technologies
should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Understanding client hiring needs / requirements
Ability to create long lasting relationships and build pipelines for candidates.
Strong individual desire to win, but must also understand the value of working and performing in a team environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Self-motivated, self-directed.
