Designation: Senior US IT Recruiter for Bench Sales - Work from Home Option
Location: Remote(WFH)
We are looking for a Senior US IT Bench Sales Executive that has a positive attitude, eager/willing to learn and follow process, and can work under minimal supervision.
Experience Needed:
2-3 years of Solid experience in US IT Bench Marketing
Ideal Candidate should have experience in Marketing All Skill sets Candidates and consultants on bench.
Willing to shoulder new Responsibilities in Bench Sales as well as Recruiting
Post jobs opening’s on search engines like Dice/C2C/LinekdIn, etc…
Should have good experience in US Tax Terms.
Highly Developed Customer Relations and Negotiation Skills. Must be a skilled Negotiator, able to build relationships and close deals.
Provide Daily/weekly report for submittal and candidates in process
Job Requirement
* 5 years of US IT Technical staffing experience is required * Should have system, internet connection and able to work from home * Willing to work in night shifts. * Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals * Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills * Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but industry experience will compensate for the education.
