Job Description:
Note - The PLM system we are currently using is PTC FlexPLM. Hence, any experience in that software will be a plus. That being said any good PLM experience can be considered too. Some key PLM software in the Retail industry are PTC FlexPLM, Bamboo Rose, Centric, WebPDM, Enovia, CBX etc
The project resources needed are going to be working on system integrations between different THD applications, data migration between old PLM and new PLM system, reporting/EDW, etc
We are looking for an experienced PLM Consultant with expertise in the retail domain to work with client in Atlanta. The role involves optimizing and implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to improve product development, sourcing, and supply chain processes. You will collaborate with key stakeholders at client to enhance product lifecycle efficiency and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
· PLM Implementation: Lead the deployment and integration of PLM systems at Client .
· Process Optimization: Analyze and improve product development, sourcing, and supply chain workflows to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
· System Integration: Ensure PLM systems integrate seamlessly with ERP, PDM, and SCM systems.
· Training & Support: Provide training to Client teams and offer ongoing support post-implementation.
· Change Management: Lead efforts to ensure smooth adoption of PLM systems and processes.
Required Skills:
· 5+ years of experience as a PLM consultant, preferably in retail or home improvement.
· Strong knowledge of PLM systems and retail product lifecycle processes.
· Experience with integrating PLM systems with other enterprise systems.
· Strong communication and project management skills.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
