Todownload the right driver for your Logitech device, identify your model and make sure the drivers you download are compatible with your operating system. For example, if you need controller drivers for 64-bit Windows 11, look for the version for that model. Next, click the Download button and wait for the download to complete.

You will then need to install the Logitech C920 drivers. In Windows, this can be done through the Control Panel: go to the Device Manager. Then select the wired webcam, choose the option to install the driver and follow the instructions.

Given that this is a relatively recent Webcam, with USB 2.0 and designed to "plug in" to a standard PC, I'd say "Yes, it will work". I've got a Logitech C920 and an older Microsoft webcam plugged into my PC, and LabVIEW works fine with both of them.

You mentioned IMAQ -- did you mean IMAQdx? I'm pretty sure that you want the IMAQdx drivers. When I plug my Webcam into my PC and open MAX, they show up, and I can do a "Snap" (picture) or "Grab" (video) from the camera. I can also fire up LabVIEW's Vision functions and try to programmatically acquire images, but (of course) this requires the Vision Acquisition Software.

I too have an pre-Logitech c920 webcam, actually the 9000 series. The 9000 webcam (as well as the computer's camera) is listed under devices with both Labview's Vision Acquisition and MAX, but no devices are found with Vision Assistant. Do you have any thoughts as to why Vision Assistant is unable to find the webcams?

Please post and let us know if any of these suggestions helped. The screen shot, above, shows what comes up when I open my Logitech Camera in MAX (LabVIEW 2016). Note the Video Mode and the size of the Region of Interest, which shows the Full Screen size (as it happens).

THE Logitech C920 webcam may not work on your PC because of outworn, missing, or faulty drivers. Therefore, update drivers to resolve the issues. You can update the Logitech C920 drivers both manually and automatically.

Please keep in mind that the Logitech c920 and Brio are Zoom certified devices that will work with Zoom. We recommend that you update your Zoom client as well as your external camera device, such as your c920, to see if that resolves your issue.

I have verified I have the most recent updates for the Logitech Webcam C910. Specifically, the mirrored vs normal is not working in zoom. I have tested multiple times, closed and opened zoom, etc, with consistently the same results.

Another possibility is the zoom client or app that you are using. I suggest using cleanzoom to completely remove zoom and then reinstall the latest version. As of 11/25/2023, the current windows client is 5.16.10.

I am trying to get Logitech C920 webcam to work in a Citrix VDI deployment. I was not able to get the HDX webcam redirection to work. I was able to set the USB redirection to globally deny and then allow my webcam and a few other devices to function as needed. When trying to use video in MS Teams or other UCC platform, the video starts well and then starts to scramble and jump without stopping. If I unplug the camera and plug back in, it will start normal again, but quickly revert to the jumping. Has anyone see this and are there any recommended steps? I am trying to make this work for Teams/Webex/GTM/etc. I am running 11.05.133 of Igel OS on UD6LX devices.

I have followed all of these and are still having the issue The HDX webcam redirection is not working with my cameras. I am having to fall back on native USB redirection to have the Citrix session see the cameras.

I realize that this may or may not show as optimized. I know that it used to be that only the 32-bit version was able to be optimized with linux clients for Citrix. I am not sure if this is the case still or not, but regardless of being optimized, I just attempting to get the video to work if possible.

I just went through the new IGEL guide and followed all of the steps and my camera disappeared once again. I then removed the policy for webcam redirection and it came back. I just performed a test call and the image seems more stable, but I will need to test more to see if the images continues to bounce and go crazy. I saw where there were some more settings in registry added and some different items for codec that I missed originally.

I will give these a look! Thanks! I am running then 2103 baked into 11.05.133. My Citrix environment is running 1912 CU2. Yes, all settings have been cleared and the UMS setting is there and enabled. As noted earlier if I move a running session from the Igel client that is not working to a Windows or Mac, the optimization takes effect and starts working. The session is optimized and using the same c920 camera.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle []).push(); Logitech are well-known for their PC peripherals such as keyboards and webcams. The Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 is a popular model and this post deals with drivers for the C920 Webcam by Logitech. The C920 works very well with most modern PCs and Mac computers.

You can manually download Drivers and Driver updates for your Logitech Webcam via the Logitech website. This process involves downloading and then installing the correct drivers for your webcam model.

Many people spend money unnecessarily replacing laptop batteries when they may have fixed the issue with a simple battery reset or a Drivers update. If you are having problems charging your laptop battery, then reading this post may save you a lot of time, money and frustration!

This does not resolve the problem. Switching the Windows Audio Service to a system account restores the system's ability to detect you have hardware, and yes, they have drivers, but audio does not play. As soon as you switch it back to the SA, the service stops while connected to the dock.

Audio works fine when not connected to the dock, as soon as it connects, the Windows Audio service stops, restarting the service blips the audio but stops again. I have tried reverting drivers all the way back to December to no avail. A system reset or reimage resolves the issue however is not the solution. I've seen an HP tech in the thread here but no further updates. I think this issue should be escalated.

Hello. It seems that the problem is not related to USB-C dock, but it is caused by the web camera connected to the dock. In my case Logitech. When I disconnect the webcam from dock USB port the Windows Audio Service starts to work.

I connected the webam directly to my HP notebook so I can still use it and this seems to be a workaround.

If you have same/imilar setup, please try disconnecting the webcam (or maybe other USB devices) from the docking station and let us all know if it worked.

I had the same problem with two HP Elitebook G9 computers with different docks both having Windows 11. Problem in my case was Logitech webcam, no matter if it was connected to Dock or directly to the laptop

To find out the device ID of your webcam, typing lsusb in a terminal window will list all USB devices on your system. Try to find the relevant line for your webcam. The ID then appears after "ID" on that line, in the form xxxx:xxxx where the 'x's are numbers or letters

In this section you can find various lists related to Logitech webcam devices that will help you identify particular models and what features they support. The lists are divided into UVC and non-UVC webcams. Most of our newer webcams are UVC compatible, so that section is the best one to get started.

Following the recent release of a beta version of Skype that has support for video calling, this page will give a list of webcams that have been tested on Skype, and other details. This may differ from the list of webcams working in general on Ubuntu, given here.

Your Logitech web cam should work out of the box. Try using a program like "guvcview" or "cheese" to check if it's working. setup.exe is made for windows only and windows drivers will not work under Ubuntu or any other non Windows operating system.

If programs like guvcview or cheese don't show you the picture, please check if the device if detected, write:

It doesn't seem to matter if I choose Pin 0 or 1, I still get raw video from the Logitech c930e webcam. On Linux, the supposed command involves v4l2, but this does not appear to exist in the default Windows version of ffmpeg from

I found this interesting article on Logitech's website instructing the user to change the default Logitech driver to the generic USB Video Device driver: _us/article/Install-native-UVC-drivers-for-your-Logitech-webcam?product=a0qi00000069v0MAAQ#

Thanks, I could resolve my problem following the link _us/article/Install-native-UVC-drivers-for-your-Logitech-webcam?product=a0qi00000069v0MAAQ# you provided from Logitech. In my case (I have A C920 webcam, NOT C930e), in a Windows 7 PC it worked ok with Logitech drivers, but failed in a Windows 8.1 computer.

Executing ffmpeg -f dshow -list_options true -i video="Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920" did NOT show any h264 stream. After changing the driver, the camera name lost the Logitech in its name (just "HD Pro Webcam C920"), but now detected the h264 stream and ffmpeg could record it.

I'm having a weird error with MS Teams on Desktop. On my side (with the little preview window), my camera shows in colour and comes through clearly, however everyone else in the call with me sees me in black and white/semi-distorted.

I have tested this in other video apps (Discord, WebEx, Facebook Messenger) and they all work fine showing me in colour, but on MS Teams it turns me black and white. I can see this if I turn on 'large gallery' or 'together mode', but otherwise I can't see it. Going into settings to check my camera shows it in colour as well.

I'm using a Logitech HD Webcam C270. I have unplugged and replugged the camera in, tried updating drivers (they are up to date), and have re-installed teams. The problem seems to be with MS Teams, not with my camera given it doesn't occur in any other app/program
