Dollo model

Hi,

Is it possible to impose a Dollo model on binary data? I would like to infer the best model of evolution for a binary encoded dataset and reconstruct ancestral states, however, while losses are possible (0->1) it is impossible for gains to occur (0->). Thus, none of the models for binary data are appropriate for this kind of data.
