UM飞鸽传书违反BSD协议

Dear all:
        我之前用过的飞鸽是很早的一个版本，比较简单。现在从网络下载后发现，是UM飞鸽，没有源码，且是青岛IntWork的copyright。去看了ipmsg的作者网站，使用的是BSD协议。但BSD协议中有以下三条：

    * Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright
      notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.
    * Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
      notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the
      documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.
    * Neither the name of the <organization> nor the
      names of its contributors may be used to endorse or promote products
      derived from this software without specific prior written permission.

UM飞鸽是以二进制文件发布，应该在版权中声明原ipmsg的BSD版权。请问各位如何看？谢谢！

@zxin，难道这里只能讨论iptux的code?

@feiqbug，我只是想了解，是否有人知道个中原由。他家的产品本就兼容ipmsg，再去clone一个GPL的软件，不值得吧

软件代码的具体版权判定, 我没有太多了解, 不过他们的有一个的 LOGO 和官方的版本太像了. 除了这其他的已经编译成二进制的了, 验证怕是有
困难. 并且他们是否取得了官方的许可, 我们不知道.
