Respected Sir / Madam,

 

This is regarding day to day uploading information about delivery of International Speed Post, Regd Letters and Parcels Items deliverable in your circle / region / division.

 

For ready reference a link of undelivered International Inbound articles and delivered International Inbound articles pertaining to your region corrected upto 6^th  October, 2013 @ 12.46 hrs ( from August-2013 to October-2013) is as below IPSWEBCLIENT DOWNLOAD LINK ( http://foreignpostmumbai.blogspot.com/p/ipswebclient.html or http://goo.gl/UxjcW )

 

It is requested to ask the respective Delivery Post Offices to upload delivery details against each article at Post Office Level through either Speed-Net ( for EMS Articles) , either through R-Net (for Regd Letters Articles ) or through IPSWEB (ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipsweb) ( For EMS , Regd Letters and Parcels ) (The User Name and Password of IPSWEB already provided by the Directorate).

 

This needs to be monitored at Divisional Level by the responsible Group Officer. The Group Officer is supposed to ensure uploading of delivery details by all Post Offices under their control thereby the pending list of articles will automatically get reduced and this will help us to maintain high level percentage of delivery as required vide Directorate Memo No.17-2/2011-DA dated 10/02/2012.
