Whither the EU? Greek PM is resigning.

No surprises, really:

1. The bailout package passed.
2. Germany has demanded the IMF participate in the bailout.
   
3. In July the IMF reported that Greece should have debt relief.
4. Greece has received the first payment.
   
5. Syriza has splintered.
6. Greek PM Alexis Tsipras is Resigning.

Okay, so what's next for the Greece, the other PIGs, and the EU as a whole?

Reporting from Amsterdam:  Everyone in Europa is on vacation....except for Angela Merkel.  Her whole career has been built on playing the August snooze.  I predict she will get her way on this one too.  Nothing gets in the way of holiday here.
