Russia's building a bunch of new nukes and putting them on trains, in cars disguised as reefers (refrigeration cars). There will be five trains, each equipped with six ICBMs. Each missile flies at Mach 20 (very fast for an ICBM), emits a very low IR signature (meaning it's difficult for satellites to detect a launch) and is a MIRV, carrying four warheads, each capable of destroying a goodly sized town. That works for a grand total of 120 warheads roaming the Russian countryside. It's kind of the United States' MX program on steroids.
