Hi friends! : Click Here or Click Hare
Today, I filed a RTI application regarding Uttar Matric Scholarship from Family & Society Welfare Dept. under Social Justice & Empowerment Department, Govt. of India.
I applied for a scholarship in Family & Society Welfare Department on 16 December 2011 in B.Tech. 2nd year, according to which I should get Rs. 18, 260 only for 2nd year (Both semester Rs. 8,130 X 2). But I don't know, why I couldn't get it yet. My father and brothers enquired about it many times in the office but officers gave many excuses of budget availability, lake of documents with application form.
Unfortunately, when I go to home in any vacation, dept. also had vacation and 2-3 times when I went to dept., I found the officer absent every time. That’s why now I am helpless (विवश) to file this RTI application that can solve my problem. Actually, RTI is not the only solution for this problem but, I can say, this may be solution.
Note: You may also file this RTI application (.pdf or .docx file) after some minor changes like :
1. Department Name
2. Department Address
3. Personal Information (Pt.-9)
4. Indian Postal Order No.
5. Applicant's & Co-applicant's Name and Signatures
7. Applicant's Address
8. Date & Place
Some important tips :
1. You may write application on a simple blank paper by pen if you have not computer to type.
2. Write application in your own language either in Hindi /English or your regional language in which you are master.
3. Please don't make grammatical mistakes and spelling mistakes because decreases the effectiveness of our application. (May be I also made some mistake, make these correct.)
4. You should mention the I.P.O. no. on the application form as indicated in following I.P.O. image. I.P.O. can be bought from nearby Indian Post Office by just paying Rs. 10 only.
5. Don't use questioning sentences and question mark (?). Ask only necessary information by converting a question in assertive sentence.
6. Follow the instructions to fill up the correct details in I.P.O. :
1 & 4 : Public Information Officer (P.I.O.), Name of Department, Place (City Name)
2 & 5 : Name of the city where you are filing RTI.
3 : RTI Sending Date
6 : Name and Address of Sender
7. Write your name and address only in the application form. Don't write any contact no. and email id because they may call you to take it back and may threat you. (I wrote my email id because I have no fear and they already know my email id).
8. Put 2-3 extra names of your friends as co-applicants, it makes pressure on P.I.O. and department.
9. Send it to the P.I.O. and write correct
office address on the envelope. Sender address should be there.
