Power date at Mahindra

[ME Designs]

Hello Everyone,

I have taken appointment for power date with Mr Don Fernendis who is senior purchase manager at Mahindra & Mahindra , Kandivali. The meeting is scheduled at 10.30 on monday, 14th April.

We will meet after tomorrows meeting for 15- 20 mins to decide how to go about it and

who will accompany me for the same.

Mahindra has one of their project at their existing facility in kandiwali. Where architect is Shimul Javeri Kadri (SJK), this project is at a very initial level and is involve fabrication work and high end finishes. As far as I know, good lead can be generated for

 

1.       Nilesh Arte

2.       Amit Vaidya

3.       Nidhi itself ( if you want, I can directly connect you to SJK)

4.       Sooraj

5.       Kedar Bhole (even though he is not in property team)

 

I have tried for the PMC but it doesn’t materialize.

Ms. Shimul is the wife of Mr. Rahul Kadri ? is there Mr. Ojas Bakshi still working in Mr. IM Kadri’s office ? He was senior architect when I did FORTUNE 2000 bldg. with him in Bandra Kurla Complex.

Yes, Ms Shimul is the wife of Rahul Kadri, she has her own women dominated architectural firm call SJK at byculla. I have extensively work with her. But didn’t get much chance to work with Rahul.

 

Mr. Bakshi is not associated with Rahul now and he is in Dubai. And doing good practice.
