Minor Changes to Client/Server

Hi all,

Two minor changes have been made to the RDDLSim server (please update and recompile your RDDLSim code):

(1) The server now sends object names without a $ to be consistent with the IPPC 2011 (all clients written for IPPC 2011 should continue to work with the latest version of RDDLSim).

(2) The server will now terminate trials and rounds once the time limit of 1080000 ms (18 minutes per session = problem instance) has been reached.

These changes are noted in the updated PROTOCOL:

This PROTOCOL will be used for the warmup and final competitions.
