IMPORTANT - AWS region of your instance

Hi guys,
In order to have the same influence of network lags on your results, we need to run all EC2 machines in the same AWS region. Since our competition servers will be in the US East (N. Virginia) region, I would encourage all teams to run their planners on EC2 instances located in the same AWS region. If you run you server in Sydney or Singapore, you may experience significant delays in network communication. Please use the US East (N. Virginia) region.
If you do not know how to change the region, you can do the following before you launch your EC2 instance:
1) log in to your AWS console
2) in the top-right corner (between Help and your name), you will see your current region. Please expand the menu and select N. Virginia. Attached screenshot shows that too.
3) launch your EC2 instance in the select regions (see (2) in the attached image)
