Scott,

Will any of the domains at the competition involve probabilistic action rewards?

Also, would you mind releasing a "goal-oriented" domain before the
competition (not necessarily one you will actually use during the
competition) to play with?

No, only deterministic reward functions will be used in the IPPC 2011.

> Release goal-oriented domain?

We're considering getting rid of the "game of life" domain in the final competition, so we might release a goal-oriented domain ahead of time to replace "game of life".
