Server Crashing

Hi all,

A few groups are having problems with server crashes when they terminate their client.  Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this problem on my machine in order to debug it.

I note the server should never crash... it should simply kill the client thread and log an error to the output.  So *if* you have a short piece of code (C, C++, Java) that can reliably crash the server, please send it to me and Sungwook with your OS type so we can investigate.
