Dear IPPC Competitors,

All of the following information is important, please read it carefully and sign up for a time slot to run your planner.

Thanks,
Scott & Sungwook

Planner Code Freeze
===

Planner code freeze: all planner development should cease *now*.  See the rules for exceptions and more information:

A nominated representative of your team will be required to *sign* a statement that you have abided by these rules and the code freeze (or list any deviations/reasons if not).

Competition Domains
===

There will be *eight* competition domains.  *Seven* of them are posted here:

We have addressed all previously reported problems.  Any final issues should be reported in the next 20 hours.

The eighth domain will only be released when the link with the final competition domains / instances is emailed to you at the start of your evaluation.  Reasons for the particular design of this domain and for not pre-releasing it will be given at the results presentation.  If you can parse the current domains, you will not have any problem parsing this 8th domain.

Competition Procedure and Time Slot Signup
===

The competition officially opens up for 7 days of evaluation starting at April 24th, 01:00 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  When translating to your local time zone, please note if your local date differs from the GMT date.

Info on how the final competition is run and a signup web page is here:

If you cannot make any of the times listed -- please do not email us, but rather enter your comments directly on the Doodle page... we want to keep all scheduling information centralized on this Doodle page.
