Block msgs with attachments

Can this suggestion be implemented?
Is there a way to block messages that contain attachments from a certain user(s)/user group? I would still need to receive msgs, but don't want the attachments. This can be a feature that will have to be turned on/off.

It requires the following two actions:.
- Check off "Enable to download..." in "Auto FileDownload" of the Settings.
- Don't push file/dir button in Receive Dialog.
