Multiple firewall

Dear Sir,
We have a multiple units within a premises link with fiber optic, in all unit there are different firewall. Earlier when we have one firewall for all the units we were able to access all ip addresses in IP Messenger but due to different firewall now we are not able to connect with other unit/other fire wall.
It will be great help us if you guide for the same.
