IPM Receiving/Sending Problem

Dears,

One of our IP Messenger users could not receive messages but can send.
Other users could not send messages to him and prompt a notification to retry sending but could not still be sent.
Then suddenly, the said recipient disappears from the list of users.

All posted solutions from your website had already done. But it doesn't fix the problem.
There's 2(two) IP user out of 40 users encounter the said problem.

I think it is Windows Firewall problem. (or 3rd party antivirus/firewall)

It requires to pass UDP/TCP 2425 port.

If installing ipmsg(v4.0 or later)  but it is blocked by Windows Firewall, ipmsg popups "IPMsg FIrewall Settings". (require admin privilege)

Hi it says file transfer but nothing happens what shall I do I use latest version of IPMSG
