somtime msg can't able to send or recieve and can't able to send files it shows error like( prepare for transfer ) why?

It requires to allow UDP&TCP/2425 port.

You need to make sure that the port is really open.

In cmd.exe,

telnet <IP address> 2425

if timeout ocurrs, 2425 port is blocked.
