Is the 503 Over Quote a scheduled occurance or something esle?

I saw this notice before today and post on a thread about it, (maybe the wrong thread)

When I came in earlier today and found all was well so I can in tonight to pick up on my 4ED&D activities only to find the notice is back up again.

Is this some kind of scheduled maintenance check or a serious concern that I can do something about. Or as I asked before "Is this a sign of the end of the great http://iplay4e.appspot.com/'s website?

As there's been no official response-

iplay4e is on the google app platform.  This sort of thing has happened before because of errors in the platform.  It's also perhaps an indication that the application is indeed over its quota- a rapid influx of users?

Without access to the account, I can't say anything for certain, but I'd not take it to mean anything other than what it says.

Hey y'all,

I've bumped up the daily budget for the application, which should hopefully prevent a recurrence of the 503s.  I'm sure we'll find out if not!

Thanks, Wraith, for filling the silence ;-) You're right that there's no intention to shut down iPlay4e, but as y'all may have noticed, I'm not maintaining it particularly actively anymore.

I will be spending a bit of time next week trolling through the error logs to patch up some remaining issues from the Master/Slave to HRD transission.

Thank you both of you for replying and for the extended quota.

Everything is almost back to working order but there's two new questionable activity occuring.

First:

There's a red question mark next to the view's pull down menu. Why?

Second:

When adjusted the page as a combat tracker (This case is the Riar Sunnydale character) When I signed back in the changes I made during my last visit isn't there and the page revert back to the way it was the last time I had signed in. Again, why is it doing this and what is it I should be doing to avoid this.

Do anyone reading this knows any suggestions or remedies that can resolved this issue or solve this problem?
