Not letting me link to my insider account.

I have a DDI Insider account.

Cannot see all my powers and descriptions.

When I try to log in it just says no Insider account associated with this e-mail.

Yes. It in fact show that I'm already logged in.

It still is incomplete as far as descriptions though. Some powers are described (but it seems they are imported with the builder character sheet) 

When I try the iplay 4e login just blinks and does nothing else.
