Hi folks,

It looks like something went with the (automatic) transition from Google App Engine to Google Cloud Platform. I'll have a look this weekend and post an update.

Hi folks,

Looks like the auto-transition didn't include my billing settings...I've updated those and all now seems well on the site!  Sorry for the outage.
