Can't Players to iPlay4e campains

I have a long running online 4E campaign. I use iPlay4e to track players stats and powers used. But players can only see the current HP and other dynamic stats if they are members of the campaign.

Unfortunately, I can no longer add new players to my Moonhaven campaign. I've been trying to add a players gmail address, but when I paste in his email address and click on the Add players button, nothing happens.

I know this site isn't used as much as when 4th Ed was the current edition, but is it possible for this to be fixed?

We have the same problem, and have done for months. 

I get the impression this excellent resource has now become abandonware.
