- Section 101: Exercise of comptroller’s discretionary powers
- Section 107: Costs and expenses in proceedings before the comptroller

Additionally, the General Editor team (Greg Corcoran, Nicholas Fox and PatKat herself) are seeking feedback and input on the Black Book to ensure the latest edition meets the needs of our profession. In particular:
- Is there anything you would like to see changed?
- Are there sections that could be reduced or removed?
- Is there anything that you would like to see added?
- Is anything in the book inaccurate or out of date?
- Do you have any other general comments about The Black Book?
