The Katfriends at ERA in Trier are always busy preparing and running events covering the latest developments in the field of European Union law, including IP and copyright.
This annual conference intends to update IP lawyers on the ongoing EU initiatives and recent case law adopted by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the field of copyright law. Specific focus will be given to copyright in the context of digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI).
