RSC Seminar

The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) Law Group is holding their annual Intellectual Property Law Seminar at the RSC, Burlington House, London on 5 October 2026. The speakers will be discussing recent high-profile law and practice developments in the world of intellectual property. This seminar is open to all and more details can be found here.

IP Protection for Plant Innovation

The 12th IP Protection for Plant Innovation conference will take place in Amsterdam on 3-4 December 2026. The conference will provide the latest updates on patents, new genomic techniques, plant variety rights, and other plant-related topics from around the world. PhD Opportunity

The KU Leuven Centre for IT & IP Law (CiTiP) has PhD funding available for doctoral research in IP law in connection with the C2 internally funded project “Technological intermediation and consumerisation of human creativity”. Academic Opportunity

Durham Law School is hiring a Career Development Fellow in intellectual property law. This fixed-term post is designed to support an early career academic to develop an independent research profile while contributing to the teaching of Intellectual Property Law at undergraduate (LLB) and postgraduate taught (PGT) levels.
